т.е. такая примерная структра должа быть в идеале:
/(only read)
+Distrib (only read)
| +drivers
| +viewrs
| +...
|
+Foto (only read)
| +Walpapers
| +Comics
| +...
|
+Users (only read)
| +User1 (read all, User1 full access, Limit 10Gb for personal files)
| +User2 (read all, User2 full access, Limit 10Gb for personal files)
| +...
| +UserN (read all, UserN full access, Limit 10Gb for personal files)

+Other folder(only read)
т.е. как ограничить именно 10Гб. Чтобы только в этих приделах можно было закачивать свои документы. И чтобы когда создавал нового пользователя ,автоматически создавалась папка в Users - имя_пользователя (с правами и ограничением как описал выше)
