Have you tried LIST ? Your ftp client can display the owner/group of any file/directory in the standard view of the directory listing.

I can't remember if it's activated by default for FlashFXP. If it's not, right clic on the 'Name, ...' bar on the top of the ListView and select the columns you want to display.
