Sure, on the one hand your are right, but when I fill a request, I start the transfer and leave it alone till its complete. In the most cases I recognize first in IRC that a request is compeleted and then I do !reqfilled <number> on IRC.
For me that is a lot easier than clicking on raw command and type site reqfilled <number>
I don't want to rush you, but when do you think you will find some free time to write the code for IRC reqfilled?
