It might sound too much but I suggest reading the whole documentation once before editing the configuration files. It might be worth having a look to the knowledge base (
http://www.inicom.net/pages/en.ioftpd-kb.php). Quickly going through the main questions is always a good idea as some points might not be covered by the documentation.. and if/when you encounter problems, you remember there was something about it in the kb.
If you mentionned your board username while registering ioFTPD, iniCom will update that for you. If you forgot, mail
support@inicom.net with your registration details and this username and ask them to do it. Once it'll be done, you'll appear as a registered user on these forums.
