Perhaps you should have searched the forum before posting?

this is the bug you're talking about (it's marked as a sticky in the bug forum). This bug is specific to ioFTPD's PHP script interface, not ioFTPD's core. Last I checked, your WebGUI was written as an ASP application and functioned only under IIS (or if your WebGUI is in fact written in PHP, you should have mentioned that in your original post).
By the way, there is no "old forum" - all posts were carried over to the new web-site.
