I've looked through the forum and I'm quite sure I found the solution to this problem. It's these classig problem when ioFTPD crashes without any warnings and leaves a HEX-note in the crash.log. I'm helpinga friend out with ioFTPD 5.85, ioBanana 2.0 and ioA. All these things works just fine and the server did too, until yesterday. Now ioFTPD crashes (like i've already red) every now and then by random. I think it is when someone is handeling special dirs, but I don't know what dir.

The solution I found on the forum and what I think is the solution to the problem is to remove all .ioFTPD files. But is that really what you ment? Should I remove all of his .ioFTPD hidden files? There's like thosands of them all over the computer. : ) I just want to check, have I got it right? Is it just to delete all .ioFTPD files (and lose some data, but whatever, at least it doesnt crash)?
