ioFTPD does not have a "DOS interface". Perhaps you were using a command-line FTP client or command-line telnet client to administer ioFTPD? You can use GUI based FTP/telnet clients as well, such as FlashFXP with the ioFTPD command package.
There are two GUI based programs that do this as well: ioGUI and ioIsotope (although ioIsotope is incomplete/partially finished). You can download these from
