very nice script..
Could use a bit on the output side.
Make customizing easier.
It should be optional if the different announces are notice, private msg or chan.
and of course the announce/color part.
other than that its nice..
1 last thing. Would be nice to make it work for single sites.
i meen it works, but for example the !monthup user will double announce.
