I'm sorry if this it totally my mistake, but I can't seem to find any language files anywhere.

The only link I find is the LangPack 1.3. But when I open it there are only English words.
What I can understand that is the template. So nobody has finished a translation yet?

Please, point me to where I can download the Swedish one.
