Guess Harm is right, we had a details, accept and decline button but no download one.
Alltrough you can download it once u click accept or decline (without confirm the action) its not totally clear.
I'll fix that asap.
Besides, yes, as Josh mentioned, users can edit/change their scripts while they are pending, but changes will be only shown to moderators.
