hi harm, thx for ur answer..

the SiteBot's ident/ipmask is set to *@*, account is rdy to use... On my system (win 2k3) runs no firewall (no hardware/software firewall).

so i have today iobanana.ini & iobanana.tcl new edited. tested some olders version of iobanana with eggdrop scripts, but its still the problem. connection refused... i give it up and w8 for the ioftpd 1.0. who knows maybe is a sitebot included
