J-J and TsungHan, try this: go to 'Customer Portal', then go to 'Downloads' section (left side of the menu) and you should see (at least) two files:

*LangPack.zip
*siedit.zip

Click on the names and then click on 'Download' button.

By the way, i like the new Customer Portal look
