the error is that dzsbot can't read ioFTPD.log!

how do u launch windrop??
using a service, using shell, using an other user than the one u start ioFTPD?

please check the dir c:\ioFTPD\logs if it exists .. check permissions of c:\ioFTPD\logs\ioFTPD.log

try to start dZSbot with ioFTPD stopped ...
