Yes, the e-mail address is still support@inicom.net. There have been a lot of problems with registration after IniCom took control of it. (Just search the forum...)

To be blunt, I'm not at all surprised about their untimely fashion. IniCom has not been very welcoming or open with the ioFTPD community. For example, it took about a month of complaining to get an official statement from them regarding darkone's unexpected disappearance. Hopefully things turn around...

Also try different e-mail providers. I recall cases from the FlashFXP forum where e-mails have been flagged as spam.
